What type of treats do you offer?
We offer dehydrated treats for nationwide shipping and fresh ready-made treats available at our Houston/Tomball markets.
Why are some treats dehydrated?
Dehydration naturally preserves treats without additives — keeping them safe, stable, and perfect for shipping.
How long do the treats last?
Dehydrated: 6–8 weeks unopened; 3–4 weeks after opening. Fresh: 7–10 days refrigerated; up to 3 months frozen.
Can fresh treats be shipped?
Fresh treats are available for local pickup only. Dehydrated treats ship nationwide.
Are your treats made with clean ingredients?
Yes — simple, whole-food ingredients like coconut flour, oat flour, unsweetened applesauce, eggs, cinnamon, and peanut butter. No fillers, ever.
Do you offer grain-free options?
Yes. Coconut-flour treats are grain-free; oat-flour & whole wheat flour treats are whole-grain.
Are your treats safe for puppies?
Yes — in small portions once they're eating solid food. Introduce new treats slowly.
Do you accommodate allergies?
We offer grain-free and gluten-free options. Reach out and we'll guide you to the safest choice for your pup.
How many treats can my dog have?
Treats should make up no more than 10% of your dog's daily calories.
Do you make treats for cats?
Our recipes are formulated specifically for dogs — sorry, kitties!
Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
Yes — wholesale pricing is available for groomers, trainers, pet boutiques, and event planners.
Can I request custom flavors or shapes?
Absolutely — custom orders for birthdays, holidays, and special events are welcome. Advance notice required.
