Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges/ Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer exchanges on any products. All items are non-returnable. We also cannot accept returns or issue refunds for sale items or gifts. 

Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the rare event that there has been a significant mistake on our end (such as sending the wrong item). If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
